Rocket ships

You know all those paper towel rolls and toilet paper rolls that go to waste. Well, we use them for crafts... Here we made a rocket ship. First we colored the rolls and wrote our names. Then made a cone out of rolling construction paper and taped it to the top for the point. Then cut strips of red, blue, orange & yellow tissue paper for the  flames and taped them to the bottom. We finished it by adding strips if construction paper around the top and bottom of the roll where the tape marks would be ( just to make it look neat) and, blast off!
